Suz-an thank you. It was a very long time between sunrise and sunset that day. By the end I was writing things that made no sense when I would re-read and proof it. (I haven't gone back to review the final version as submitted yet. ) The good news is that we got it done. The bad news is we have to wait about 6 months to know if they grant us anything at all. In the meantime we have to stay alive. I'll be posting more about that. Where were you from in MD ?
